We have been getting quite a few reports off late regarding Google releasing its Flagship brand of devices the Nexus phones via five major manufacturers. However, the folks at TalkAndroid have learnt from reliable insiders that indeed on the 5th of November another 5 Nexus devices would join the gang with Nexus One, Nexus S and the Galaxy Nexus. All these 5 devices would probably be sold right from Google’s Play Store and would not be Carrier Centric.
I am sure most of you would be wondering what is it with the date of November 5th being so specific? The deal is that 5th of november would mark 5 year anniversary of Android. So now you see the magic of 5?And that is definitely the reason to pick 5 device manufacturers. We are fairly sure that HTC, Samsung, LG, Motorola would be the 4 device manufacturers, who is the 5th, not too sure at the moment. The Galaxy Nexus was launched around mid of October so the release cycle pretty much coincides so it makes perfect sense for the devices to come out on November 5th. It is not a bad guess that these Nexus devices would be running the new OS 5.0 allegedly called Jelly Bean out of the board. So alongside the devices we might actually see a brand new OS too. Lots of things to get excited for. What are your views on all the Nexus Devices? Do let us know.
