I’m actually at 2 and 7. I think quite possibly I’ll always be on 2 because I don’t think I’ll ever get to the point where I feel there isn’t something else to learn. Every time I start reading posts, I find something else that I might implement into my blog and writing that might be beneficial for me.
As far as #8, I am so ready to quit my job and be a professional blogger. I know if I had the time, I could progress much quickly. Unfortunately, I’m not even close to the point where I can afford to leave my present position. I have the confidence that someday I will be able to, but at this point in time, putting food on the table is a bit of a priority. I will keep working at night and into the morning hours with my laptop perched on my lap until I can finally attain the freedom to quit. I posted a survey on http://www.wapatu.com hoping that the results would give the non-professional bloggers a boost of encouragement. Sometimes, a little re-enforcement is all we need.
