Well this little tweak from Cydia will help you do that.

Concept is simple. Use the inbuilt search engine to search for the video you want, copy the URL, and paste it into the download section. You’re good to go! There is an important thing about the application that this lets you download the songs and then you can play them into a music player which is installed along with this tweak.
To download this tweak for free:
- Open Cydia on your jailbroken iphone.
- Once the data is loaded, go to search and type in “YouTubeToMp3”
- It’s free in the xSellize, IHR and insanelyi repo.
- Select it and install it.
- Respring or reboot your device.
- You are done to use it.
