iDevice applications have these annoying application ads in them and if you’ve ever wondered how to disable Apple’s iAds on your iPhone or iPad then you’re in luck. Disable iAds, a free tweak in Cydia which will completely block those annoying useless iAds from showing on your iDevice.
To download Disable iAds a new repo has to be added. To add this repo, go to sources, click edit, and then on add. In the opened box, enter the following Address.
After your source list refreshes just tap on the Kokoabim.com source and tap again to download the tweak. It is a very small tweak and won’t take much long to download.
Disable iAds will be enabled once you respring your device. If you’re still seeing any iAds, you may need to reboot your device for the change to take effect. There are no additional icons added to your SpringBoard and no settings to configure with this tweak.
To install this tweak you need to follow the steps given below:
- Open Cydia on your jailbroken iphone.
- Let the data load.
- Once the data is loaded go to search and type in “Disable iAds”.
- It’s free in the repo “http://apt.kokoabim.com/ios” (without quotes).
- Select it
- Install it.
- Respring or reboot your device.
- You are done to use it.
