I am not totally agree with you. You can hire peoples to do your work, this is a best strategy to lower your work pressure, its not necessary to make a partner and give authority to someone.

Really Great article and well written.As you said, having partners in blogs are really good, in my view, if the partner is some long term friend or classmate.

It’d be a little difficult, if we makes anyone whom we don’t know much as our partners.Anyway, i do like it, to share my blog with any of my nearest friends.
