Today is Pi Day, 3/14. But that is secondary cause even more important to note is later tonight or today depending on the timezone you are in Samsung are all set to take the curtains of its next flagship device the Samsung Galaxy S IV at 7 PM EST in an event at New York. This is interestingly the very first time when Samsung have launched a Galaxy Device in the US after the original Galaxy S.
However, it is not possible for all of us to be present at the Times Square so we would be relying on updates online. Thankfully the entire launch of the device would be streamed live here. If you want a more personal experience you can also head over to the unpacked event page on Facebook. For live tweets on the event make sure you follow some of the big shot blogs such as @Technobuffalo or @The Verge. You can also follow my personal account @Techverarp where I would be tweeting live as the device gets unveiled.
So just to set you in the mood for what is coming here are the two teaser videos that Samsung have put out for all of us to see. And do watch them, cause they actually are pretty well made.
So here is hoping the Galaxy S IV launch surprises us and all those leaked videos and pictures turn out to be fake and we have some real new and good hardware to look forth to. We will be back to update all of you here on Blogtechnika about the device specs and initial impressions of the web as and when the device is announced.
