Applications have pretty much become the heart and the soul of the smart phones today. We live in a world where it is pretty much impossible to be able to go a few hours without accessing our favorite apps on the smart phones. These applications maybe in the form of popular social networking apps such as Twitter or Facebook or even the small tiny weather widget, yet it remains an App. So we thought we would tell you today to remotely install an application on your Android device. One easy way definitely is to search for the Application in the play store on your device and install it. But as you must have noticed, most of the applications which are reviewed online have a link to the Google play store online for the application. Here is a step by step guide for you to install any particular application on your device.
Step 1: Make sure you sign up to the Google account on both your device and desktop/laptop. You can check this by just going to Google and looking at the top right corner which will then show your account credentials if you are logged in.
Step 2: Next Step is either to go to the URL of the Play Store that you have already selected from an Online review, or just head to the Play Store directly to select the application you want. Here is the link to the Play Store.
Step 3: Now pick the app you need to download either by typing the name or it would just have opened in case you have followed the link. Click on the install icon on the left of your screen, if it says, compatible with your device like it does in the screenshot below:
Step 4: Once you click Install, a dropdown will open, that would enable you to select your phone. The name of the phone will be visible irrespective of the fact if it is connected to Wi-Fi or not, Just select the phone to start the installing Over The Air. You do not have to even Unlock the phone. However, you must be signed into the Google id on the phone.
Step 5: Once you Select the Device click on install, and it will install the App on the device immediately. However, if the device does not have an internet connection active, then the moment it is active, the device will automatically get the app.
