WordPress files are important assets of WordPress bloggers. No one want to lose any files at any cost. To save those files in your locker, you need to take an immediate backup of all your WordPress file. You can take a backup without use of any WordPress plugin. So it is good to make a backup without use of any plugin. It save lots of space.

Since most of the bloggers use cpanel in the hosting system, it is so easy to use cpanel to take a database backup.  Here is a step by step process:

1) Login into cpanel.

2) Go to PhPMyadmin

cpanel

3) In PhPMyadmin click on Export button.
