iPhone 6 is not in town yet, and it still happens to be one of the biggest talking points in the tech world currently, only shows the massive presence of the Cupertino based company in the world of personal tech. There have been some physical prototypes of the iPhone 6 which are doing the rounds on the internet and it is no surprise that after the shots were leaked, the first comparison pictures we have over is that of the iPhone 6 and the Galaxy S5.
Samsung and Apple have been rivals for the king spot in the personal tech space, and a few pictures were leaked recently of a physical comparison between the larger iPhone 6 and the Galaxy S5. It is interesting that the author is not entirely sure if the device in images is indeed an iPhone 6 or just the next iPod Touch which it certainly could be. So, we would be taking these shots with a pinch of salt, and advise you to do the same.
It is clear from the comparison shots that despite a larger 4.7 inch screen, the iPhone 6 will still be shorter than the Galaxy S5. Both the devices are crazy thin and have their power buttons on the right flank. However, the iPhone is definitely less broad as compared to the Galaxy S5 making it perhaps easier to hold in one hand. The build quality too is different with the iPhone largely a metallic device as compared to the plastic on the S5. Once again, we are not entirely sure about how legitimate these shots are, but if they are we like the thinking behind the iPhone 6 as Apple is putting usability on its forefront by going with a taller but a less broader chassis.
