Firstly, there was a fight on who will make the next Nexus phone from Google and when Samsung emerged as winner, LG decided to make its own device to compete with the Nexus Prime. Rumors say that LG’s latest flagship named LG LU6200 will be competing with the likes of Nexus Prime and iPhone 4S this fall. An interesting point to be noted is that LG’s device is also going to feature Android Ice-cream Sandwich.
LG is really looking forward to end their troubled stay in the smartphone market and the specs of this phone could well help them in doing so. LG is planning to put a 4.5 inch 1280×720 HD display in its latest flagship along with an ICS panel (which is also found in iPhone 4). Not only the screen is brilliant but the phone will also sport a monstrous 1.5 GHz dual core processor and a 1GB RAM to match it up. The device will also feature an 1840mAh battery which is found on Samsung’s latest Galaxy S II.
The device will have 4GB of internal storage with an SD card slot to expand your memory as per requirements. An 8 Mega Pixel camera with a 1.3 Mega Pixel front facing camera for video calls. There are no details on the pricing and release date but we are expecting it to release when the Nexus prime releases.
So it looks like, iPhone 4S, Nexus prime and LG LU6200 will be hitting this year and people will have some variety of choices. So which of them will you buy?
