It’s really useful to know these license information and PicApp is awesome. But for my blog, I rarely use common image but I need icons and app screenshot. Do you know a website for this?

WARNING : Use only striped down IMG tag and not the whole markup given to copy ! It contains a Division and a Script and a Backlink !

Rakesh, Thanks for this suggestion, I generally use double inverted comma feature given in Windows Livewriter, can you tell me the method to use striped down tag in Windows Livewriter?
