Procedure:

First you need to download the ICS Pack India to your PC.  Once downloaded extract the same files on your desktop.

From the files open the Odin executable file and turn off your phone to enter it in download mode. This can be done by press the volume down button along with OK button and holding both you need to tap on the Power button for few seconds until you see a droid getting on to the work for repair with Downloading written. Once you get that release all the three buttons.

As soon as this is done, connect your phone using the USB cable to the PC and check whether ID : COM segment will turn yellow.

Now click on PDA and select GT-I9100_INU_I9100XXLPQ_I9100ODDLP7_I9100DDLP8.tar.md5 file.

You also need to tick the Auto Reboot and F Reset Time from the Option.

When you are done tap on Start.

The phone will be rebooted once it’s done and let it do media scanning.

Once that is done, you need to reboot it again to enter into recovery mode.  To get your phone in the recovery mode press the volume up key + OK button and then press the power button.

From the recovery menu, select wipe data/factory reset, then wipe cache partition and then reboot your device by selecting ‘reboot system now’. You can move up and down using the Volume rocker keys and power button to make selection.

This is all about the procedure to have ICS on Galaxy S II. Now you can enjoy it in your device.
