OnePlus is celebrating two years since they first announced the OnePlus One, which was the original flagship killer. The phone kind of pushed OnePlus into the mainstream market and bought it a ton of recognition and fame. While the OnePlus One was a runaway success, the successor, OnePlus Two was a let down in a way. And this prompted them to launch another device in the form of OnePlus X. The OnePlus X in a way was the first step into the unknown for OnePlus as the phone came in a new build with a glass and sandwich build. Initially, it was announced in onyx and ceramic versions, but now the OnePlus X is available in a new champagne white variant.
Everything about the device is the same as that on the black version, the only change is the color of the device which now is white on both the front and back side and has golden or champagne accents on the sides. We have seen the likes of Gionee Elife S5.1 being made available in a similar combination and more recently the likes of Vivo X5 and Sony Xperia M5 have been made available in similar combinations. So far, the champagne white version has been available only in the United States, though finally it has made way to India. The device would start retailing in the Amazon India store from December 22 for those, who have secured an invite for it.
