Apple is notoriously blamed for spoiling lot of our eye sights. Simply becaue we spend hours on end staring at their beautifully made devices and its ability to play multimedia content, games and applications wonderfully. So it makes sense that we bring to you a little tweak that would prevent your eyes from straining.
‘f.lux’ is a popular screen light adjustment tweak for computers which has just released a version for iOS. ‘f.lux’ for iPhone and iPad will “warm up” or give a sepia effect to your screen to match the ambient lighting at night, gracefully reducing your device’s bright white glow.
All you will need to do is select the type of lighting in the room you’re in at night, and then forget about it, f.lux will do the rest for you and will ensure you have minimum strain on your eyes. Research has shown that reducing the brightness of your screen’s glow can help reduce eyestrain and better prepare you to fall asleep. Well technology is definitely adding up to a human’s health measures also.
