After the dust has pretty much settled on the launch of Samsung Galaxy S IV and despite the device not receiving a whole hearted appreciation, one thing that most of the people in the tech industry do agree is that the Galaxy S IV would outsell most of it’s competitors and by quite a big margin. This is primarily because despite no big innovation in the device, the specs on board at least are very much in sync with the latest and greatest in the smart phone market today.
Yes, we do know that good specs do not always translate on to good experience, but with Samsung one thing we have learnt is that they do pretty well optimize their ecosystem. Touchwiz for most of the part does well at least in the higher spec’d devices which is what the Galaxy S IV is. So it would be pretty fair to put it head to head with some of the bigger players in the market in this interesting spec shoot to see where each of these devices stand in comparison to each other in key areas of interest.
The devices we have picked are the flagship phones of the current market, the iPhone 5, Lumia 920, HTC One and Nexus 4 and pitted them in a spec shootout against the recently released Samsung Galaxy S IV. Check out.
You can see, most of the categories, the Samsung Galaxy S IV out performs most of its competitors, how well that happens in real life we will have to wait till we get the device, but the shootout above should give you a brief idea.
