Here I am sharing Top 20 tools which are essential for bloggers. Most of them are free of cost.

Only few of them are new to me as i am laready familiar with most of them.
You can use Pidgin in place of digsby as it also provides a support of multiple messenger.
tweetdeck and adobe air should be one as without adobe air tweetdeck will not ba able to install in your laptops/desktops.
For image editing you can use adobe photoshop because it is one of the better and popular tool for image designing and editing.

Thanks For the suggestions Vivek , Pidgin is a nice app but Digsby is my personal choice. Adobe Photoshop is not free and very costly software so I kept it away from the list.

I haven’t used Evernote, digsby before see this post. Now Got them. I am using blog desk and blog jet instead of Windows Live writer. Anyway i try Windows live writer once now.

i’ve just started a blog on blogger and i find windows live writer(WLW) and web apps like twitter, digg, myBlogLog and facebook really useful.

Excellent List of Blogger Tools. I use photobucket to store my images instead of Picasa. And i want to add Adobe Photoshop to this list. It adds creativity to blog pictures :)
