We recently told you plenty about the new that Google has bought with it’s latest update for Android named Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. It is not a massive jump in terms of UI and very obvious changes, but the performance has been tweaked a lot.
So far very few devices such as the Galaxy Nexus and the Galaxy SIII have been able to see this new update, though they will soon be rolling out for other devices too. A lot of time has been spent on tweaking the performances through what is called the Project Butter, and it definitely makes a big difference. When put side to side it is fairly difficult to just see with naked eye which device is running ICS and which one is on Jelly Bean, but the performance levels are fairly different.
